This page shows a selection of my paintings from the year 2016, which I painted using the white dot technique. This is a multi-layer technique consisting of alternating layers of white dots and coloured varnish layers. This technique is not random, but in my understanding expresses the vibrancy of light. Looking at any object, we can see these dots, if we pay attention to them. I like them, they are always with us, even when we close our eyes. In my painting experiments, I used acrylic paint because it dries very quickly, so I can apply about 15 to 20 layers of paint. After each applied layer, I put the work on paper under the printing plate to keep it in a stable shape.
